Ingredients:

For the Meatballs:

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 large egg

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Mummy Wrapping:

1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

For the Pumpkin Aioli:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Make the Meatballs:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about one inch in diameter.

Bake the Meatballs:

  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.

Wrap the Mummies:

  • While the meatballs are baking, roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into thin strips. After the meatballs are done, let them cool slightly. Take one strip of dough and wrap it around each meatball, leaving a small gap for the "eyes."

Bake the Mummies:

  • Place the mummified meatballs back in the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the crescent dough is golden brown.

Prepare the Pumpkin Aioli:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, pumpkin puree, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

Serve and Enjoy:

  • Arrange the Mummy Meatball Sliders on a platter and serve with a side of Pumpkin Aioli for dipping. Watch as your guests unwrap the deliciousness and savor the spooktacular flavors!

Congratulations, you've just conjured up a Halloween masterpiece that's sure to thrill and delight your guests. With Mummy Meatball Sliders and Pumpkin Aioli, your Halloween party is bound to be a graveyard smash. So, dim the lights, crank up the eerie music, and let the feast of frightful flavors begin!
