Nova Rayne
Masks, monsters, and the music between them.
The AI assisted voice of Jen Sequel
About Nova
Nova Rayne began as an experiment. I was tired of my reels being muted and chasing new music as a backdrop to my videos. I began to play with different sounds, and it quickly became a hobby. It brought back memories of writing songs in high school, and I quickly began churning out songs for fun.
I would never call myself a musician. I am a song writer plain and simple. And Nova is not pretending to be otherwise. Nova Rayne is the AI assisted side of my work, powered through Suno, while I, Jen Sequel, remain a traditionalist behind paintbrush, pen, and all my stories. Protecting artists’ rights is near and dear to my heart and choosing Suno was an informed decision with their v6 model.
The songs range widely. They speak of the masks we wear in public and the dangers they present, plus empowerment and overcoming trauma. Others are written to expand on the worlds created within Jen Sequel's novels.
Nova's debut, "Something Is Living," a body horror industrial rock song, is available now. "Eleanor's Garden," original music inspired by the novel by the same name, follows on October 31, 2026.
